ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?
Our fleet is managed through a relationship with Turo Car Rentals. Turo may charge additional fees associated with the reservation. It's always best to check each vehicle for availability and pricing. We do offer at an additional cost delivery, pre-paid fuel/EV charging and other services.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
Each vehicle has a calendar that you can review for availability, the calendar is always up to date. Please check each vehicle for discounts for early booking!

WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
We work with your schedule to make sure your vehicle is delivered directly to you. We offer car rentals in Portland, Oregon at Portland International Airport as well as delivery to the surrounding Portland Metro Area. We also offer convenient pickup solutions for our customers.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE AN ACCIDENT WITH THE CAR?
We encourage our customers to select a coverage policy with Turo before reserving their rental. If damages were to happen outside of the rental we will work with you directly to resolve any issues. We work to resolve claims directly with our customers below $1,000.

HOW DO I PAY FOR ELECTRIC CHARGING DURING MY RENTAL?
For a Tesla car rental, the car is connected to our account and we will bill you after you return the car via Turo. There are several free options available across Oregon and Southwest Washington as well for both the Jeep (PHEV) and Tesla. Adaptors are included.

I'VE NEVER DRIVEN AN ELECTRIC CAR BEFORE - DO YOU PROVIDE ANY TRAINING?
Yes! We will do a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle. This includes answering any questions and offering additional guidance.
